ACT OF PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS: FOR AN EQUAL EUROPE FOR ALL, MIGRANT WOMEN’S RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS

FORUM project is coming to an end and the European Network of Migrant Women organized a final event gathering lawyers, legal experts, Civil Society Organizations, survivors of male violence against women, as well as policy makers and representatives from the Council of Europe to discuss the key barriers faced by migrant women in accessing their fundamental rights in Europe.

5 European Union Member States will be represented (France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Belgium) through this event, the European Network of Migrant Women as able to present the FORUM policy brief to experts from 5 European Union Country, the deputy Mayor of the City of Strasbourg, representatives of the Council of Europe Gender Equality Committee, the Special Representative of the Secretary General on Migration and Refugees and her team, the coordinator of the Council of Europe Intercultural Cities programmes and the Committee of Experts on the intercultural integration of migrants.
