Act of presentation of FORUM project results - University of Granada On Tuesday 20th of December 2022, the Center for Development Cooperation Iniciatives (CICODE) of the University of Granada hosted the final act of FORUM project. The aim of the event, that invloved 20 participants , was to present the results of the project, to launch the Policy brief and tollkit “For an Equal Europe for All: Migrant women rights are human rights” and  to present the report "Borders: necropolitics, violences, racisms and migrant feminist activisms" developed in the framework of the project.

Theatre play “Las Latinas son…” – UGR

Theatre play “Las Latinas son...” On November 26 of 2022 the Center for Development Cooperation Iniciatives (CICODE) of the University of Granada organised the theatre play “Las Latinas son...” that involved 67 participants. "Las Latinas son..." is a social theatre play created by migrant women form different countries of Latin America (Abya Yala) and it shows and denounces the machismo and racism that they face in their daily life.

Exhibition “Un ambiente ostile: vita dei Rohingya” – Le Fate

Verona exhibition of "Un ambiente ostile: vita dei Rohingya" was organised by by Le Fate Onlus, La Sobilla Associazione Culturale, One Bridge to Idomeni, RedLab and the Rohingya Photography Exhibition. The inauguration took place on 24th November. The honoured guest speaker was Dr Ambia Parveen, Chairperson of European Rohingya Council (ERC).  Professor Francesco Della Puppa of Ca' Foscari University of Venice opened the inauguration. Other speakers included Oreste Veronesi from La Sobilla and Pietro Albi from One Bridge to Idomeni and from RedLab. Nineteen Rohingya photographers took part in the exhibition. On December 6, Forum Femmes Méditerranée organized a meeting both on-site and online which counted with 23 participants. This meeting had the merit of being held both face-to-face and by videoconference in a central location in Paris, near the Senate, in the premises of the Cité Audacieuse, a school made available to the Women's Foundation by the Paris City Hall. It is a local shared by many Parisian and national feminist associations. More than 30 women participated on Saturday December 3rd at the Maison de quartier st Geneviève in the 10th district of Marseille to the meeting organized by the Forum Femmes Méditerranée in collaboration with the association Atouts Femmes. It was about presenting the recommendations elaborated by the partners of the European project FORUM on the intercultural dialogue and the civic participation against the stigmatization of the migrants and the refugees. Forum Femmes Méditerranée celebrated during the last weekend of November in Toulouse an event in relation to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The activities celebrated throughout these days were: On Thursday, there wes a meal-debate "Women victims of violence". Every Thursday for the past 30 years, the association partage has organized a meal for the inhabitants of the Toulouse "Grand Mirail" district with food donated by the food bank.
