Roundtable – Empowerment of Migrant Women – Le Fate

July 19th, 2021, the Roundtable “Empowerment of Migrant Women” was organized by Le Fate Onlus in the frames of the European project FORUM. It took place in Verona (Italy) and it involved 10 participants from this city.

The objective of the roundtable was to discuss and confront each other on what female empowerment means based on the experiences lived in Verona by social workers, citizens and, in the first place, by migrant women.

Guests table a project born inside the Generalab, laboratory of Association Le Fate Onlus, Ventro Tra Le Mani. A group that is embarking on a path of empowerment and working autonomy of migrant women. They talked about their experience and gave the participants the opportunity to experiment with the artistic processing of metals by creating a symbol that embodies the values of the project.
