Act of presentation of project results: Irish launch of the FORUM Policy brief for Policymakers “For an Equal Europe for All: Migrant Women Rights are Human Rights”
On Tuesday 13th of December 2022, AkiDwA hosted the Irish launch of the FORUM Toolkit for Policymakers in Europe “For an Equal Europe for All: Migrant Women Rights are Human Rights”. The event took place in the European Parliament Liaison Office of Dublin and involved 61 citizens from all over Ireland covering 14 counties.
The event was significant and very successful with Frances Fitzgerald (MEP) launching the policy brief and a great line of speakers, which included inter alia , the Human Right Commissioner and Chair of Fundamental Right Agency, the CEO of Oxfam Ireland, representatives scholar and professor from UCD and Galway University or the Irish Network Against Racism (INAR).
