Despite the melting pot of contemporary societies, women are the ones who suffer and face most obstacles, difficulties, prejudices, discrimination and violence. In particular, migrant women face multiple discriminations in their daily lives, primarily for being foreigners or belonging to minority groups.

The woman are often a physical, political and social battlefield, but they have an ability to build and created unity  with others. By creating a network, she manages to confront her problems and rework her life by forming new paths to follow and build together with other women.

On 20 September, this Roundtable focused on all these issues. There were discussed together, due to the presence of three women from different places, who are building new paths and opportunities for themselves and for other women.

The Roundtable was a great opportunity to share and discuss about experiences, opinions and best practices!
